Facebook CEO Wants Ownership of Other People

Founder and CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg finally spoke up about the lawsuit posted by a man named Paul Cegila who claims that he is entitled to 84% share of the social networking site.

"If we say that we were not sure, it can be taken out of context because we are quite sure that we never signed a contract that says they have the rights to the Facebook," said Zuckerberg, as reported by PC Mag, Sunday (07/25/2010 ).

Paul Ceglia filed a lawsuit on Facebook with the claim that he was entitled to 84% of those sites. It begins from a contract signed by Ceglia himself and Mark Zuckerberg.

In his complaint file, Ceglia admitted signing the contract to develop and design a Facebook as well as provide funding to U.S. $ 1,000 to Mark. In return, Ceglia was promised 50% share of the social networking site.

Also agreed if Ceglia will get an additional 1% interest every day if Mark did not complete the development of Facebook at the scheduled time ie since January 1, 2004.

This site itself and then just say kelar in the next 34 days. Well, from these calculations, the Ceglia bold claim as the owner of 84% stake in Facebook.
